THE WHAT? Ulta has announced an expanded partnership with DoorDash to offer on-demand delivery from more than 1,350 stores across all 50 US states. Customers throughout the US will now be able to order their favourite beauty products and receive them within an hour, on average.
THE DETAILS Ulta Beauty stores are also available on DashPass, the delivery service’s membership program, which offers members free delivery and reduced service fees on eligible orders. DoorDash also powers direct delivery for Ulta’s own website and app via its white label fulfilment platform.
THE WHY? Jodi Williams, Vice President, e-commerce at Ulta Beauty, comments, “As our guests navigate increasingly busy lifestyles, we’re committed to introducing new, practical ways to meet them wherever they are shopping and ensure convenient beauty experiences for all.”
