This year, five new Sephora stores, each averaging 5,000 square feet, will be opened in Tanger’s shopping centers across Charleston, S.C.; Deer Park, N.Y.; National Harbor, Md.; Palm Beach, Fla.; and Phoenix/Glendale, Ariz.
THE DETAILS The new Sephora locations will significantly advance Tanger’s offerings in the beauty and wellness category. Tanger’s expansion strategy includes diversifying its portfolio with new brands and categories beyond apparel and footwear to enhance the overall shopping experience. Since January 2023, Tanger has leased nearly 200,000 square feet to new-to-portfolio brands, aiming to attract younger and more affluent shoppers among the 120 million guests who visit its centers annually.
