THE DETAILS L’Oreal Paris Executives and Ambassadors have shared their stuggles and setbacks, Eva Longoria, Andi MacDowell, Helen Mirren, Jane Fonda, Aja Naomi King and Kate Winslet have all shared resumes on their LinkedIn profiles that spotlight the bumps in the road that led them to where they are today.
THE WHY? The campaign furthers the brand’s efforts to champion women’s worth and invites women to share stories of their failures, highlighting how challenges can be a critical component to success.
