THE WHAT? Bath & Body Works has opened its first standalone store in the British capital. The 2,357 square-foot space is located in London’s Westfield White City shopping centre. An opening at Westfield Stratford is slated for the fall.

THE DETAILS According to a report published by The Retail Bulletin, the fragrance brand has 1,700 branches across the US and first launched in the UK in 2022. It now has five shops across the country.   

THE WHY? Kate Orwin, Leasing Director at Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield, told The Retail Bulletin, “We’ve experienced a strong year so far in leasing at Westfield London, with increasing demand for upsizing and new store space as brands look to expand in strategic locations.”
