THE WHAT? Renee Cosmetics has raised ₹100 crore in a Series B funding round led by existing investors, Evolvence India and Edelweiss Group. The round places a valuation of ₹1200-1400 crore on the make-up brand, up 60 percent on the previous round.

THE DETAILS According to a report published by Entrepreneur, the brand has raised US$45 million in total to date.

THE WHY? Ashutosh Valani, Co-founder and Director at Renee, told Entrepreneur, “This funding round will enable us to push the boundaries of beauty innovation and reach new heights in delivering products that encourage and celebrate diverse beauty.”
