THE DETAILS According to a report published by Bloomberg, quoting sources who have asked not to be identified, the banks have met with those who have expressed interest but Gomez is yet to do so.
THE WHY? Gomez declined to comment when her representatives were approached by Bloomberg but Rare Beauty has been branded as one of this year’s ‘most sought-after M&A targets’ by Business of Fashion and is valued at US$2 billion.
